Glute training specialist. Feminine embodiment coach. Creator of the Booty Lab Method.
I'm the woman who spent years trying to figure out why the gym wasn't working — and then dedicated herself to understanding the science behind why it does.
Today I help women stop guessing, start training with strategy, and build the glutes, shape, and confidence they've always been capable of.
Not through trends. Not through random burnout workouts. Through a method that starts with your body and builds from there.
I have a community of 88K+ women on Instagram who are learning to train smarter, see themselves differently, and finally stop starting over.
For years, I worked hard in the gym and got nowhere.
I did the workouts. I followed the programs. I tried the trending exercises, the influencer plans, the "proven" routines.
And my body barely changed.
Not because I wasn't disciplined. Not because I wasn't putting in the work. But because none of those programs were built for my body.
I didn't know what my glute type was. I didn't know which exercises actually targeted my structure. I didn't know that the reason my upper glutes stayed flat had nothing to do with effort — and everything to do with strategy.
When I finally started training with intention — with science, with self-understanding, and with a real method built around how my body actually works — everything shifted.
My shape changed. My energy changed. And the way I saw myself changed.
That's when I knew I had to build this for other women.
Why glute type matters more than effort
Most women aren't struggling with motivation. They're struggling with information.
Your glute shape, muscle dominance, and structure all determine how your glutes respond to training. A program that works for a square glute type can actively stall results for a V-shape. A training split built for a round glute can miss the shelf a heart-shape needs most.
Generic programs give everyone the same workout.
The Booty Lab Method starts with you — your structure, your shape, your goals — and builds everything from there.
Because the fastest way to the body you want is training for the body you actually have.

Training should be strategic, not punishing. More reps and harder workouts aren't the answer. The right exercises for your structure, done with intention, are.
Your body is not the problem. The program you've been using might be. Your glute type is not a flaw — it's a starting point.
Consistency comes from identity, not willpower. The women who get lasting results don't have more discipline. They have a stronger sense of who they're becoming. That shift is trainable.
You deserve a method built for you. Not a one-size-fits-all plan. Not a trend. A method designed around your shape, your schedule, and the woman you're ready to become.
